Your Rights, Our Responsibilities,
and the Rules That Protect Both

1 General Information

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website located at qzr888.pro ("the Platform"), all associated mobile interfaces, and all services, games, and financial products provided thereunder ("qzr888 Services"). The Platform is operated by qzr888 ("qzr888", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or accessing any part of qzr888.pro, you ("the Member", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms are written in English and this English version shall be the authoritative and controlling version in all circumstances. qzr888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to Members as described in Section 12.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on qzr888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. qzr888 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to verify age at registration and at any time thereafter.
• You are registering voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on qzr888 or any affiliated platform.
• All registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete. This includes your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.
• You are the sole owner and rightful holder of the payment accounts used to transact on qzr888 (e.g., the Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account you register for deposits and withdrawals).

qzr888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon any reasonable suspicion of Terms violation. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your qzr888 account. This includes all bets placed, all withdrawals initiated, and all personal and payment information changes made while logged in with your credentials.

You must keep your qzr888 login password and your withdrawal PIN strictly confidential. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances. qzr888 will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qzr888 support immediately via Live Chat and change your password at the earliest opportunity. qzr888 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

• Account names cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee of 500 PKR per month after written notice.
• Members may request account closure at any time by contacting qzr888 support. Any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided upon closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on qzr888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). qzr888 does not charge Members for standard deposits via Easypaisa or JazzCash. Processing fees imposed by your payment provider are outside qzr888's control and are not reimbursed.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: 500 PKR via Easypaisa or JazzCash.
• Deposits are credited to your qzr888 PKR wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider.
• qzr888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account used to deposit must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes for standard Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers under normal operating conditions.
• A valid identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals can only be directed to the same payment account used to deposit on the Member's account. This anti-money-laundering measure is non-negotiable.
• qzr888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, Terms violation, or regulatory obligation to investigate.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

qzr888 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount in real-money bets before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are used for wagering after your real-money PKR balance is depleted unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• qzr888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it is claimed by a Member.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• Members found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other Members — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on qzr888 — including live casino tables, jackpot slots, and Cockfighting — is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets.

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, qzr888 will resolve the round in accordance with the game's recorded server state at the time of disconnection. Where a round cannot be determined, the bet stake will be returned to your PKR wallet.

qzr888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed due to a software error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction that resulted in odds or payouts that were materially different from those intended. Winnings derived from such errors will not be paid and the original stake will be returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qzr888 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or any non-human means to interact with the qzr888 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system on qzr888 for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering more than one qzr888 account in your own name or on behalf of another person.
• Using qzr888 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Attempting to circumvent qzr888's security systems or responsible gaming tools.

8 Responsible Gaming

qzr888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its Members. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all qzr888 Members free of charge through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your qzr888 account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from qzr888. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on qzr888.pro — including but not limited to the qzr888 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of qzr888 or its licensed content providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the qzr888 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any qzr888 content without express written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

qzr888 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qzr888 excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, in connection with the platform and its use.

qzr888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption to service.

qzr888's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to qzr888 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

qzr888 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at qzr888.pro/privacy-policy.

By registering on qzr888, you consent to qzr888 collecting your personal information — including your name, Pakistani mobile number, and financial transaction data — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

12 Amendments to These Terms

qzr888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, qzr888 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the platform or via the registered mobile number on their account, no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of qzr888 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must discontinue use of qzr888 and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which qzr888 is operated.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through qzr888's internal complaints process shall be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure outlined in your account settings or as communicated by qzr888 support.
